UPDATE AUGUST 19, 2004

**  my friends' little girl turned 5!  the mermaid party was excellent, so much fun... and Zoe got her seaweed wrap and loved it... here's some photos, pattern coming soon!

**  it even looked great when she was running around and the wrap turned sideways... and here's a photo of the crab cupcakes that her 12 year old sister made for the party, how cute huh!!

**  a friend of mine is having a birthday party for her 4 year old... it's going to be a Mermaid party, so i used this skein of Crystal Palace Big Net to make a "seaweed shawl"... i'm thinking of closing in the triangle in the front, hmmm...

** it was so fast to knit!!  one 2 hour car ride... i'll post the pattern shortly, which i made up on the fly in the car...
