** this was my first attempt... using Debbie Bliss Wool Cotton i followed the directions but stopped increasing at about 42 stitches, i think... i wanted a smaller sweater than the pattern... then i just followed the directions from there but added a few more rows of length... for the next one, i think i'm only going to decrease once on the sleeves...

** here's mini sweater ornament number two... Patons Kroy Socks 4 ply, color: paint box..

** i followed the directions but used US 3 ndls...
and here are the modifications:
- 3 rounds on the neck
- raglan increases
 -ndls 1 & 3: k front & back of first and last stitch
 -ndls 2 & 4: k1, yo, knit to 1 st from end, yo, k1
- 13 rows for sleeves with one decrease on row 5
- 11 rounds for the body ending with US 3 ndls, k2, p2 rib for one round, then bind off
